Buffalo grass is a warm season, fine-textured perennial grass native to the Great Plains region of North America. The "Texoca" variety was developed from Buffalo grass in Texas, Oklahoma, and Kansas. It grows 4-8 inches high and forms a thick sod, keeping weeds out. Buffalo grass is a low-maintenance grass, requiring little watering or fertilizing and no mowing. It can be used for lawns, forage, and erosion control. Buffalo grass withstands heavy grazing, spreads quickly, and can survive in a wide range of conditions.
Planting information: plant at a rate of 3 lbs. per 1000 square feet (or 12-15 lbs. per acre), 1/4-1/2 inch deep, in April-May.

Great for busy feet

My five-year-old daughter loves these Skechers slip-ins—and she is not easy on her shoes! You can see in the photo, she’s already put plenty of miles on them. They’ve been through the washing machine at least twice and still look great—the bright colors are a big hit with her and they hold up well in the wash.
One of the elastic bands on top did come loose, but I was able to fix it quickly with a dab of superglue. She slips them on and off all by herself, which is perfect as we’re still learning to tie laces. All in all, a great purchase for the price—especially since kids grow so fast and put their shoes through a lot!

It’s a perfect shoe without the correct width it needed to be wider
