The Areca Palm Artificial Tree at 35.4in (90cm) delivers the distinctive feathery, multi-stemmed frond character of Dypsis lutescens at a mid-range height suited to positions where the compact 47.2in variant would be slightly too tall and a table-top specimen would be too small — ideal for floor placement beside seating, in corridor niches, and in retail or hospitality positions with lower ceiling heights. Recommended for indoor and covered outdoor use. Constructed from LDPE with integrated RealTex™ inhibitors.
Trusted across 55,000+ installations worldwide. Backed by a 1-year warranty for indoor use.
The 35.4in Areca Palm occupies the specific scale niche between counter-top specimens and full floor-standing trees — its height placing the arching palm fronds at seated eye level, creating a botanical presence that is felt and experienced from seating positions rather than viewed from standing height.

Where This Tree Works Best
Beside Seating — Lounge, Waiting Room, and Hospitality Areas
At 35.4in, the Areca Palm places its fronds at seated eye level — creating a botanical presence experienced from lounge seating, waiting room chairs, and hospitality booth positions rather than viewed from standing height.
Lower-Ceiling Commercial and Retail Interior Positions
The mid-height format suits lower-ceiling commercial interior positions where the 47.2in or 70.9in variants would appear compressed against the architecture.
Home Interior Beside Furniture Positions
A versatile botanical for home interiors beside sofas, reading chairs, and bedroom furniture — the 35.4in height placing tropical botanical character at seated eye level within a domestic setting.
Corridor, Niche, and Alcove Botanical Accents
The proportional mid-height suits corridor niches and alcove positions where a taller specimen would block the space and a smaller one would appear insignificant.
