Includes an adjustable head support that can be removed for compatibility with the child car seat head restraint. The Britax Head & Body Support Pillow fits both car seat and stroller harness systems and has been crash tested and approved for use with all Britax convertible and infant car seats for children weighing up to 22 lbs. This accessory can be used in addition to other components in Britax car seats, i.e. infant positioning pillow, but should not be used as a substitute to required components of Britax car seats. It looks pretty descent for a dog bed. He can curl up in it nicely and relax. Basically it does what it should and he seems relatively happy to hang out on it. Now, if Amazon could make a dog bed that could actually train the dog - that would be incredible!
