The T-Bar Row Machine Plate Load - Vision Fitness is a premium strength machine for isolated back training. By varying the grip position, different parts of the back can be targeted and trained. A wide grip trains the outer back muscles (trapezius, latissimus dorsi) and a narrow grip trains the middle and lower back muscles.

The two different footrest heights allow for optimal body positioning and thus ideal exercise execution. The ergonomically shaped PU pad offers a comfortable support surface. Great fit, tether / lanyard probably won't stay on long

I have two Apple TV's in the house, and the different colors help keep the remotes straight. There's a lanyard that attaches to a small little bit of silicone. Having the lanyard is nice, but it doesn't stay connected because the bit of plastic is so small, it rips even under a small force. It's still completely useful and worth the purchase to me without the lanyard, but if the lanyard is a dealbreaker for you, you may wish to reconsider. I can't imagine it staying on very long in any environment. 2 kids and a cat it lasted about 20 minutes.
