The largest trees in the world.  A fast growing evergreen tree that will grow 2 - 4 feet per year in ideal conditions.  Grows in USDA zones 6 - 8.  Likes full sun (at least 6 - 8 hours of direct sunlight).  Great for a specimen tree or as a buffer strip or wind break, planted 20 feet apart.  Likes an acidic, composty, well drained soil.  Likes moisture, but will not live in standing water or flooded areas.  It is not drought tolerant.  Great tree for wildlife shelter.

Needs a very well draining soil, especially in containers. We recommend our Potting Soil Mix For Any Plants That Require Well Drained Soil

Good Clean Source of Vitamin D3 and K2

I have tried several vitamin D products, some of which offered limited absorbency, so I like this product, which appears to offer better absorbency. Disclaimer: I have not followed up with testing my vitamin D levels, since I started taking this product, but I do feel more healthy, with fewer and more minor upper respiratory infections, and no flu, so far, and this product may be contributing to this. Several things I like about this product: 1) This product's D3 comes from a plant-type algae called lichen, which is a far superior source of vitamin D3, compared to lanolin, which is sourced from sheep, and used in the majority of vitamin D products on the market. 2) This supplement also includes two forms of vitamin K2 (MK-4 and MK-7). Vitamin K2 is critical in moving the body's calcium out of the soft tissues and into the bones and teeth. if you're taking Vitamin D, it's absolutely critical to also take vitamin K2. As mentioned, this supplement includes two forms of vitamin K2, which is not found in most of the other vitamin D supplements on the market. Both forms are important, so it's great that this product includes both. 3) This is a very clean product, with no harmful or inflammatory fillers. I give this product my top rating. I use this product daily, along with taking vitamin C.

I usually don’t write reviews but this product really worked for me. Hopefully my review can help someone who is looking for a supplement that really works! I’ve been Vitamin D deficient for many years now. Finally decided to do something about it and find good clean Vitamin D3 supplement. So in 2019, I tried Mary Ruth Organic Vitamin D3 Liquid Spray first. She has a lot of great supplements and reviews. I used up 3 bottles and got my lab work done and was still Vitamin D deficient. In 2020, New Year new start. Did a lot of research looking for a clean and effective Vitamin D3 with K2 supplement. There’s a ton on Amazon and can be quite overwhelming. After many hours of researching and reading through reviews, I decided to try Smarter Nutrition’s Vitamin D3 supplement. You just need to take 2 a day. The pills are small and easy to swallow. Finished my first bottle and didn’t get any bad reactions so I purchased the 3 bottle set because it was a lot cheaper. I was not diligently taking it everyday. I would miss some days. But to my surprise when I went to get my lab work done in June, doctor said I was not deficient in Vitamin D anymore. Since I had great results with this, I decided to try Smarter Nutrition’s multivitamins for woman. I’m on my first box. So far so good. It has Vitamin D3 in it as well. Since I am not deficient in Vitamin D anymore, the multivitamins will provide the sufficient amount of vitamins I need daily.

The main drawback is that the book may even be overly comprehensive, and its length is likely to intimidate non-professionals, which is a shame because the benefits of group need wider dissemination.
