Based on my experience, I cannot recommend purchasing this toy. While many of the reviews seem positive, perhaps I received a defective unit. It’s disappointing that it stopped functioning properly after barely a month of use. That said, my dog genuinely enjoyed it when it was working, and I would appreciate it if the manufacturer would stand behind their product and offer a replacement as a courtesy. I would be happy to return the defective toy. If a replacement performed as intended, I would gladly reconsider my opinion. For now, however, I am very disappointed with the functionality and reliability of this product.
