Product Description:
Gold Moss AKA Stringy Stonecrop (Sedum sarmentosum) is an edible perennial succulent.  The thick yet delicate texture of the leaves give a nice crunch.

Gold Moss creates a beautiful lush cascading effect when they hang over a pot.  It also creates a wonderful ground cover to keep soil moist.  It blooms bright yellow flowers.  When the plant is exposed to full sun, it produces a yellow golden tone on the leaves.  It is native to East and Southeast parts of Asia such as China, Korea and Thailand.

This plant is traditionally used for supporting healthy blood pressure, its anti-viral effects, fighting against intestinal parasites, liver support, and for easing chronic inflammation.  When used topically, Gold Moss is said to work as a local anesthetic, and aid increasing blood flow to the skin.

♥How to Use♥
Leaves and stems are edible, but it is best to harvest the younger stems as they are more tender.  If you harvest stems that are more mature, just extract the leaves to eat.  This plant is called dolnamul (돌나물) in Korea, and it is eaten fresh as a salad. It can also be eaten cooked.  I love adding this to my sandwich for a nice crunch!  The leaves have a bit of sour taste.

♥How to Grow♥
Gold Moss grows fast, and loves the heat. It can be grown from full sun to part shade, but growing in part shade will keep the stems a bit more tender, and leaves more green. Intense full sun can wash out the green in leaves.  They are drought tolerant, but leaves are more juicy and tender when grown with moderate watering.  Need to be protected from frost.

Gold Moss easily roots at the nodes or runners. To grow them from cuttings just lay the stems flat (horizontally) in soil then lightly bury them.  In just a couple of weeks you will start to see this plant rising from the soil.  Remember to water to keep soil moist to encourage roots to grow faster.  Although this plant is not picky in type of soil to grow, but fluffy loose soil with good drainage will have the plant growing a lot faster!

♥Size of Plant♥
Plant Cuttings (vary): about 4 inch, comes in 5 cuttings.

The cuttings WILL NOT BE ROOTED.  You will need to root them on your own.  It is a hardy succulent that usually takes about a few weeks to start setting roots.  Fresh cuttings will be harvested prior to shipping.  Please plant them in soil upon receiving.

A care sheet will be included.

♥Our Growing Practice♥
We believe that growing high quality foods require high quality soil; therefore, the ingredients we use for growing are of higher standards compared to the conventional systems. All our plants are grown in full organic soil, GMO FREE, and are not treated with any chemicals or pesticide.

This spin-off debut is a satisfying fix my fellow cozy flapper-era amateur-sleuth addicts!
Format: Kindle
4.25 I have no excuse. I’ve never read or listened to “The Scottish Ladies' Detective Agency” even though somebody physically gave me the book. In my defense, my kindle app and audiobooks are more friendly for ADHD and pain management and I haven’t read a physical book in years. I was starting fresh with Lady Poppy and this first book launches a spinoff series. Who doesn’t love a historic mystery, especially set in Scotland? This has many of the hallmarks of a series in the genre and I never know whether to complain about the repetition—or even near clones—or celebrate the opportunity to feed my addiction. In some respects, I found this refreshing because Poppy is wealthy. It seems like every other female sleuth in the 1920s and 30s has an aristocratic (or aristocratic adjacent) background but is now dirt poor. There are enough stresses about money these days that I prefer to focus on the murder. This is a tangled web of a story and I thought it clever and I liked Poppy if for no other reason than she has a fantastic lab and appreciates him (and other dogs). Of course, Major Charlie (extra points for the awesome name) saves the day a time or two. Oh and Poppy having a law degree, even when women couldn’t practice law, was a great asset and very cool. That said, if she wasn’t a Lady and very attractive, she would not have gotten away with her brazen interference (even in comparison to other amateur sleuths). In terms of the audiobook version, the narrator was good in most respects. The voice of the handsome inspector (among other male characters) was so deep and low that it drove me a little crazy. Lady Constance also sounded masculine and I had to stop and think every time I heard that voice which was contrary to the character. Overall, she did a good job on the various Scottish accents, including Poppy’s sophisticated mix of the King ‘s English and a Scottish lilt. Otherwise, this mystery was clever and I’m sad that I have to wait for the next one. I would wait for several so that I could finally binge them, but I’m not that strong. P.S. Apparently, neither Lydia Travers nor “The Scottish Ladies' Detective Agency” are even recognized by Libby (which recognizes practically every author) and the books are only available through Kindle Unlimited or buying them or the audiobooks, thus the reason I have not read them. Maybe one day! I am reviewing advanced copies of this book and audiobook given to me by the publisher. All views are strictly my own. . #DeathattheHighlandLoch #NetGalley #bookreview #ADHDreader #lydiatravers #Scottishladydetective #Scotland #historicmystery

Excellent!!!
Format: Kindle
I'm so excited to begin a new series by Lydia Travers! I have missed our Maud McIntyre, but Lady Poppy is a delightful! Ms Travers weaves an intriguing tale with interesting characters and the hope of a sweet, budding romance. Do yourself a favor and get it. You Will enjoy reading it.

Unbelievable disappointment
Format: Kindle
The main character is silly, insipid, one dimensional, and completely unbelievable. A murder victim is discovered and for some reason she immediately believes she is the most qualified person to solve the crime. The supposed professional, the local inspector, let's her walk all over him. I couldn't make myself finish it and certainly won't be reading any more in the series. As far as the audible version, the narrator needs to study American accents more, maybe actually engage in conversation with Americans before trying the accent again. The most cringe worthy narration I've ever heard.

Great read
Format: Kindle
I really like this one. Even though the Poppy character is a bit stubborn and won’t accept she is not really a detective, yet. The rest of the characters and plot delightful. I’m already looking forward to the next one.

Enjoyable
Format: Kindle
It is a good read. I enjoy the leafing characters. The plot was well done. But it could use a bit of better editing. There were several mistakes.
