Heirloom, Non-GMO, Open Pollinated, Non-Hybrid Parris Island Romaine Lettuce Seed Packets

Our Parris Island Romaine lettuce seeds are perfect for any garden. They produce crisp, sweet romaine heads perfect for salads, wraps, and more. These heirloom, non-GMO, non-hybrid, and open-pollinated lettuce seeds ensure you grow naturally sustainable crops. Named after Parris Island, this variety is known for its sturdy, upright leaves that form a tight, dense head.

Each packet contains 2g of seed, approximately 1800 seeds.

Planting & Growing Instructions:

Days to Maturity: 65-70 days for full heads.

Planting Depth: Sow seeds ¼ inch deep.

Plant Spacing: Space seeds or seedlings 12-18 inches apart in rows spaced 18-24 inches apart to ensure room for growth.

Days to Germination: 7-14 days under optimal conditions.

When to Plant: You can start Parris Island Romaine indoors 4-6 weeks before the last frost date for an earlier harvest or sow directly outdoors as soon as the soil can be worked in early spring. This lettuce thrives in cooler weather, perfect for spring and fall crops.

Sun Requirements: This cool-season crop prefers full sun but can tolerate partial shade, especially in warmer climates, to prevent bolting.

These Parris Island Romaine lettuce seeds grow into robust plants that can withstand a range of growing conditions, making them a must-have for both beginner and experienced gardeners alike. The leaves are delicious and packed with nutrients, offering a crunchy texture and a mild flavor perfect for fresh eating or culinary use.

With our heirloom seeds, you can enjoy reliable, healthy growth that will thrive in your garden. Whether you’re growing in a traditional garden bed or containers, Parris Island Romaine is a versatile option that delivers outstanding results!

Sow these non-GMO, open-pollinated seeds for a consistent and sustainable harvest year after year! Parris Island Romaine thrives in various growing conditions and is ideal for gardeners in USDA Hardiness Zones 3-9. Get ready for a bountiful harvest with our premium lettuce seeds!

Very Good and Well Written
Format: Hardcover
Probably about on page 55, enjoying reading. No page bleeds for me, it's a good-looking book. One of the cool ideas in here was this part that said that the super difficult emotions like grief, if you ignore these emotions, ***They get buried alive. Buried alive. BURIED ALIVE .*** SO well said! And That's why we benefit by doing the work to unbury and fully feel and fully respond to Life. As Brené Brown says, when we cut ourselves off from the ChallenginG emotions, like Grief, and try to run from them, we're ALSO cutting ourselves off from the fun, happy, positive emotions like JOY and LOVE and BELONGING. I really appreciate how this book might say "God" and talk about things being Holy AND YET this book is NOT centered on religion. I would not be able to read it if it was. I feel in good hands since the author seems wiser than religion and religiosity. For me, God is cool; religion is Not. This book feels good to read. I think this can be a helpful book for EveryonE, these days - even those who've already been on this spiritual Healing journey for quite some time.
