**Agaves are not perfect, they may have small flaws, please do not expect every leaf to be perfect, these are growing succulents and like people, they have character!

We always do our best to safely package our plants but leafs and branches can break off. Simply allow ends to dry and most branches will reroot, these larger pieces were also broken off from even larger specimens!!

This was scraps and full of fat and wouldn’t eat it and I can tell you so much fat that there is no way it would be 6g of fat for a bag. Quality control needs to be on. I don’t think I’ll buy this again. Sending it back.

I have tried a lot of biltong in my lifetime and used to eat it in Africa on a regular basis. Now that I'm back in America I keep trying different biltong companies to see who is the best.
