Philodendron Gloriosum Care
The Philodendron gloriosum is a striking, slow-growing crawler adored for its large, velvety, heart-shaped leaves marked with vivid white veins. Native to the tropical rainforests of Colombia, it brings an instant touch of elegance and drama to any plant collection. Unlike climbing philodendrons, gloriosum grows along the soil surface, making it perfect for wide pots where its leaves can spread majestically.
Pot size – 12, Height – 25cm
Light
-
Prefers bright, indirect light for optimal growth.
-
Avoid direct sunlight, which can scorch its delicate leaves.
Watering
-
Keep the soil lightly moist—water when the top 2–3 cm (1 inch) feels dry.
-
Avoid waterlogging as the rhizomes are prone to rot.
