Protect houseplants from damaging fungus gnat larvae with Magic Gardener® Fungus Gnat Killer, a targeted biological insecticide designed for reliable indoor plant care. Powered by Bacillus thuringiensis subsp. israelensis strain AM65-52, this OMRI Listed granular formula controls fungus gnat larvae in the soil before they can damage roots and weaken plants. Ideal for herbs, tropical plants, foliage plants, and container gardens, it helps support healthier growth and cleaner indoor growing conditions.
Magic Gardener Fungus Gnat Killer works especially well for seed starting trays, propagation setups, and young seedlings grown indoors where consistently moist soil can attract fungus gnats. Use it in windowsill herb gardens, plug trays, grow racks, and indoor tropical collections to help protect tender roots during early growth stages. The easy soil drench application blends quickly with water for simple routine care. Whether growing vegetables from seed, rooting cuttings, or maintaining mature houseplants like pothos, philodendrons, and peace lilies, this biological insecticide supports healthier indoor growing conditions throughout the season.
For best results, mix 1 to 1.5 teaspoons per gallon of water and apply thoroughly to wet the soil surface. Use regularly when fungus gnats are active or when moist potting mixes create favorable conditions for larvae. OMRI Listed and formulated for indoor use, Magic Gardener Fungus Gnat Killer provides dependable biological control with a proven active ingredient trusted by growers for effective fungus gnat management.
