Philodendron oxapapense Variegated, often circulated as “Philodendron sp. Tropicals,” is a rare variegated climbing species recognized for its elongated, narrow foliage and elegant, streamlined form. The leaves are medium to deep green with irregular marbling, streaking, or sectoral patches in tones of cream, ivory, and soft yellow, creating strong contrast along the slender blade. As the plant matures and is given vertical support, the foliage becomes longer and more pendulous, with a slightly rippled texture and more defined midrib. Variegation may intensify over time, ranging from fine splashes to bold half-moon sections depending on the individual plant. This cultivar performs best in bright, indirect light to maintain clear coloration, along with evenly moist, well-draining soil, elevated humidity, and warm, stable conditions for steady climbing growth.

High-Quality Magnesium That’s Gentle and Effective
Size: 90 Count (Pack of 1)
This magnesium glycinate is easy to take and very gentle on the stomach compared to other forms. It absorbs well and is a great option for supporting relaxation, muscle comfort, and overall well-being.
It’s especially helpful for easing tension and can support better sleep when taken regularly. Magnesium glycinate is known for its high absorption and calming effects without causing digestive upset.
The capsules are a bit larger, but still manageable and worth it for the quality.
Overall, a reliable and effective magnesium supplement.

Gentle Gentle Magnesium That Helped My Night Routine
Size: 90 Count (Pack of 1)
I bought the Thorne Magnesium Glycinate Capsules (90 servings) for $25 because I wanted a magnesium supplement that could support relaxation and better sleep as part of my nightly routine.
I’ve been taking it for about a month and noticed I feel more relaxed in the evenings and wind down easier before bed. I also tend to get tension and poor sleep when I’m run down, so having magnesium in my routine has been helpful for overall balance.
The capsules are easy to swallow and very gentle on the stomach, which I appreciate because some magnesium supplements can cause digestive discomfort. Magnesium glycinate is also known for being one of the more absorbable and well-tolerated forms of magnesium.
I actually ran out for about a week while waiting for my reorder, and that’s when I realized how much I liked having it in my routine. Once I started taking it again, it quickly became part of my evening habit.
The only downside is the price is higher than some other magnesium brands, but Thorne has a strong reputation for quality and third-party testing, which is why I chose it.
Overall, this feels like a high-quality magnesium supplement and a good option if you’re looking for a gentle, easy-to-tolerate form of magnesium.
