My goal is to provide quality handmade planner supplies like stickers, paper clips, die cuts, and dashboards, so I take great pride in designing every little detail of these products. This means that the end product takes several hours of love to finalize from the initial design I draw in Illustrator, or on paper, through to the very last element, including photography. So far, so good

I just started taking these yesterday and I don't know if it's my imagination or not, but I have so much more energy today. My body was seriously lacking fruits and veggies for a very long time. It's not easy taking 3 at a time and then remembering to take 3 more again at another time, but I will do it as long as it makes me feel better. The fruit capsules don't have any smell to them. The vegetable capsules kind of smell like broccoli. I like broccoli, so it doesn't bother me, but I did burp some after taking the vegetable capsules. It's a small price to pay for giving my body some of the nutrients it has been craving for such a long time. I really hope this works and I will continue to get these for a few months to see if it is really making a difference. Good buy and made in the USA; a plus for sure! I will keep you posted.

Pretty Big Capsules, be aware
Size: 90 Count (Pack of 2)
They're very big capsules. If you have trouble swallowing they are not for you. Gummies are probably better suited for you. I give these the rating of 3 stars due to the capsule size and the recommended dosage of 3 per day.

Don’t forget your fruits and veggies

I didn’t have any side effects other than I did not feel guilty for not eating all the vegetables and fruit fruits that I should be consuming. I don’t know if it was my mind since I really just started them a week or so ago, but for me, I felt more energy. I even bought the children’s.
