Growing Instructions Description (max 600 characters):
Planting Instructions: Soak honeysuckle seeds in water for 24 hours before sowing. Stratify seeds by refrigerating moist seeds for 60-90 days to break dormancy. Sow seeds on the surface of well-draining, nutrient-rich soil and lightly cover with about 1/4 inch of soil. Keep soil consistently moist but not waterlogged. Germination usually occurs within 2-4 weeks.
Sunlight & Soil: Prefers full sun to partial shade; plant in well-aerated, nutrient-rich, well-draining soil.
Watering Tips: Water moderately to maintain moist soil, especially during germination and establishment.
Best Season to Grow: Sow indoors early spring or outdoors after last frost; fall sowing can allow natural cold stratification.
Harvesting Info: Transplant seedlings when 4-6 inches tall; prune after flowering to encourage growth and shape.
