VR3 is a collection of machines that combine striking appearance, excellent performance, genuine comfort and accessibility - without sacrificing the goal of functionality. If you want form and performance, the VR3 line delivers both. VR3 uses the familiar and comfortable standing position to train calf muscles. The shoulder pads are angled to match the natural angle of the shoulder which also offers better exercise comfort. The adjustable input arm allows users to adjust for height. This advantage means that they can just ’stand and go’ as opposed to getting into a squat position to begin exercise. A large curved foot platform allows for varied foot placement while the non-slip surface provides grip and support during the motion. Strong calf muscles help maintain proper gait and are an integral part of any fall prevention regimen in seniors. Title says it all: ESSENTIAL!

This is a FANTASTIC book! The information may seem overwhelming at first, but it is easy to understand.
As some reviewers said, it does not spend much time on hand lettering (I assume this is due to the industry going more digital as time goes on). Those who want more information on hand lettering may have to seek help elsewhere. It is mentioned VERY briefly in the beginning, I believe.
It includes: step by step instructions on creating speech bubbles, tips on font creations, sentence formatting, page borders, splash/double splash page construction, creating templates that save you time in the long run, making logos, sound effects and much more.
This book is a great launching point for anyone looking to start their lettering career or even for anyone that wants to gain an appreciation for an intergral and often overlooked part of Comic books!
