Avonia albissima is now Anacampseros albissima, and is commonly known as the White Anacampseros, it is a small succulent plant species that belongs to the family Anacampserotaceae. It is native to South Africa and is appreciated for its attractive appearance, caudex, and compact growth habit.

Avonia albissima forms low-growing rosettes of tightly clustered leaves. The rosettes are made up of thick, fleshy leaves that are typically green with a powdery white or silvery coating, giving the plant its distinctive appearance. The powdery coating helps to protect the plant from excessive sunlight and reflects light, reducing water loss.
