Why You’ll Love It ✔️
✔️ Cascading red patterns that create movement and visual interest
✔️ Exceptionally tough and adaptable, perfect for low-fuss indoor growing
✔️ Reliable performer that maintains colour even in varied light conditions
Care Tips
🌞 Light: Bright indirect light is ideal to maintain vibrant colour, though it will tolerate lower light areas.
💧 Water: Water when the top few centimetres of soil dry out; avoid letting the plant sit in soggy soil.
💦 Humidity: Average household humidity is sufficient, but a humidifier can encourage stronger growth.
🌡 Temperature: Prefers warm temperatures between 18–30°C and should be protected from cold drafts.
🌱 Soil: Use a well-draining mix of coco coir, coco chip & perlite to balance moisture retention and airflow.
🪴 Support: Not required, as it maintains a sturdy, upright growth habit.
🌿 Fertiliser: Controlled-release fertiliser is added to the potting mix; supplement with a balanced liquid fertiliser during the growing season for optimal colour and growth.
🚫 Toxicity: Toxic if ingested; keep away from pets and children.
If you want bold foliage that thrives on minimal attention, ‘Red Fountain’ is an easy win for any indoor collection.
Synonyms and trade names: Chinese Evergreen, Aglaonema ‘Red Fountain’

*** Common for the foliage to be slightly bleached, this is likely from too much light in the nursery ***
