How to Grow

The Philodendron Wilsonii thrives in a variety of lighting conditions, from bright indirect light to partial shade. It prefers well-draining soil and should be watered when the top inch of soil feels dry to the touch. This plant can also be propagated easily by stem cuttings, making it a great option for those looking to expand their collection.

Care Tips

To keep your Philodendron Wilsonii healthy, it is important to avoid overwatering and to ensure that the soil has good drainage. This plant also benefits from regular fertilization during the growing season, using a balanced fertilizer every two weeks.

Uses

The Philodendron Wilsonii is a popular choice for both indoor and outdoor spaces, as its large, tropical leaves provide a stunning focal point. This plant also has air-purifying properties, making it a great choice for improving the air quality in your home.

Planting Tips

When planting your Philodendron Wilsonii, be sure to choose a container that has good drainage and is large enough to accommodate its mature size. This plant can also be planted in a well-draining outdoor location, such as a shaded patio or garden bed.

Maintenance

To keep your Philodendron Wilsonii looking its best, be sure to regularly remove any dead or yellowing leaves. This plant also benefits from occasional pruning to promote new growth and maintain its shape.

Pests and Diseases

While the Philodendron Wilsonii is relatively pest and disease-resistant, it may be susceptible to spider mites or mealybugs. These can be treated with a gentle insecticidal soap or by wiping the leaves with a damp cloth. Regularly inspecting your plant for signs of pests or disease can help prevent any issues from becoming serious.

Works like a charm
Color: Silver
Pricey for a towel holder, but a great value for the money. Like everyone else, I’ve tried all types of towel holders that didn’t work or were tricky to replace the rolls. The ear type that have two spring loaded arms to hold the roll, if you pull too hard the roll pops out and the towels go flying. The type that has 2 arms and a rod that goes through the roll. Pain in the #$@ to detach and reattach for roll changes. Slip on type with a post and silicon fins on the post to hold the towels. Not good for jumbo rolls and the other rolls fits on loosely and sometimes a simple tug to detach a towel gets you a handful as it spins away. So I saw this one, hesitated at the price, but based on reviews decided to give it a spin, ( sorry about the pun). It holds the towels firmly thanks to the springy fins attached to the center post. Sized for all rolls, even the jumbo. Stays anchored to the counter with the suction sups. And, dispenses towels with a simple tug with one hand. No need to hold the roll, this baby does what it says. I like the sleek look and the stainless steel finish. As to the cost, if I had bought this one instead of all its failed predecessors, I would have saved money. Buy it, you won’t be sorry

This holder not only looks good but works like a charm. Very easy to put together & very sturdy. Holds the paper towel with no slipping or popping off and it does not move around on the counter. There are suction cups on the bottom. Very impressed & worth every penny!!

Functional and Good Quality

I give this SMARTAKE paper towel holder 4 stars. Overall, it's a very good product that I would recommend, but it has one minor drawback that takes away a star. The Positives Quality and Stability: The holder feels good quality, and the material (steel) is sturdy. Once placed on the counter, it's stable and adheres well to the surface. Assembly and Use: It was easy to put together; just read the instruction manual. I confirm that it works well even with large paper towel rolls. Furthermore, it's not difficult to change the roll at all. The Drawback The only problem is the small mechanism that's supposed to adjust and hold the roll (the piece that prevents it from twisting too much). As the paper gets used up, this piece doesn't do its job properly, and the paper unwinds more than it should. Conclusion: If you're looking for a modern, stable, and well-made holder for your kitchen, this is excellent. Just keep in mind that the adjuster isn't the best, but other than that, it does its job perfectly.
