The UPPAbaby Rove Convertible Car Seat keeps your child in the safest rear-facing position for as long as possible with extended rear-facing up to 50 lbs, then transitions to forward-facing up to 65 lbs as they grow. QuickGuard 3-step installation and a SmartSecure red-to-green tension indicator take the guesswork out of installation every single time. Activated side impact protection pods, EPP foam, and a multi-directional tether deliver serious crash protection, while fire retardant free PureTech merino wool fabrics keep things hypoallergenic and comfortable. FAA certified and under 25 lbs, the Rove is ready for wherever life takes your family.
- Suitable for children approximately 14 to 65 lbs in the following modes:
- Rear-facing: 14 to 50 lbs, and using the included Comfort Inlay from 14–20 lbs
- Forward-facing: 30 to 65 lbs up to 49 inches tall
- Included comfort inlay provides soft cushioning and proper positioning for smaller babies
- No-rethread harness, 9-position headrest, 3 crotch buckle slots, and 5-position recline all adjust easily as your child grows
- QuickGuard 3-step installation uses spring-loaded lock-off doors to secure the vehicle belt without requiring the ALR system
- SmartSecure patent-pending tension indicator gives red-to-green visual confirmation of a tight, correct belt installation
- Active support headrest uses specialized foam absorption to provide advanced side impact protection that adjusts as baby grows
- Side impact protection pods on the shell absorb and deflect crash forces during side-impact collisions
- Multi-directional tether reduces seat rotation and minimizes stress on baby's head and neck during impact
- EPP foam between the inner and outer shell absorbs crash forces into the seat rather than the child
- Weighs under 25 lbs with a slim profile for easy portability between vehicles and better driver visibility
- FAA certified for safer use during air travel
- Removable cup holder attaches to either side of the seat without interfering with installation
- Integrated zipper on the lower seat cushion makes fabric removal for washing fast and easy
- All fabrics are fire retardant free with DualTech and hypoallergenic temperature-regulating PureTech merino wool
