The Bonsai Syzygium is a compact, elegant tree with small, glossy green leaves and a naturally dense canopy. Valued for its refined appearance and responsiveness to pruning, it brings a calm, sculptural presence to any bright indoor space or sheltered outdoor area.
Light: Syzygium bonsai prefer bright, indirect light but will also tolerate some gentle direct sunlight, especially in the morning. Too little light can lead to leggy growth and larger leaves, while harsh midday sun may scorch the foliage. A bright windowsill or well-lit room is ideal.
Water: Keep the soil evenly moist, but never waterlogged. Syzygium bonsai do not like to dry out completely, so water when the top layer of soil feels slightly dry to the touch. In warmer months, this may mean watering several times a week, while in winter watering can be reduced. Good drainage is essential.
