Rehydration (approximately 1.25 gallons of water are needed for the entire can) restores much of the original flavor, color, shape, and texture.
*Shelf life is up to 30 years when unopened and stored in a cool, dry place—away from sunlight—at temperatures between 55°F and 70°F. Settling of this product during shipping will occur. Cans are filled full by weight before settling occurs.
