Winston's images have been exhibited in numerous one person and group exhibits nationally. He has received many first place and best of show awards. Broke upon second use

The umbrella never really opened right. I wasn't sure what the problem was, but today it's completely broken. The crank (which was installed incorrectly to begin with) doesn't do anything. I've only used it a couple of times, and I'm 2 days passed the return window. Very disappointing. It is nice looking though.
