When you're ready to germinate, soak the seeds of Coffea arabica for 48 hours before sowing. Arabian coffee houseplant seeds need a humid and bright germination environment. Once seedlings are mature enough to transplant, place several in your container with compost, then place them in a warm location away from drafts and direct sun.

In spring, once established, the Arabian Coffee Plant may produce sweetly scented white flowers. When growing commercially and producing coffee in fields, the plants develop a drupe (single seed) that when mature turns deep red to purple and typically contains two seeds (coffee beans).
