This was a very good and genuinely helpful book. Estate planning and living trusts can feel intimidating, especially when you start hearing legal terminology and worrying about making costly mistakes. The writing is clear and practical. Rather than assuming prior legal knowledge, it walks you through the process step by step in a way that feels approachable. A great tool for learning about trust funds.

This is an easy-to-read book that guides one through the process of what to do upon death. I went through this recently with my family and wish that I had this book at the time. Coincidentally, I'm meeting with an attorney for exactly this reason (serendipity?). The book clearly defines the common lingo used throughout the process and identifies principal participants, pitfalls, and a general knowledge of how best to execute one of the most important documents of our lives.
