Shipping:

-This kit will be wrapped in protective tissue paper, with the succulents packaged carefully next to the other supplies.

-We currently ship with USPS & FedEx. Depending on where your order is being shipped to, will determine which carrier we use.
Ship Happens! We understand that shipping live plants can be a unique task to take on, and we do our best to carefully package all plants as safe as possible. But of course, ‘Ship Happens’ beyond our control. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of the box arriving. Normal transit shuffle may occur, such as; one or two leaves broken, a little bit of soil around the box, etc. This is normal and will not affect the plants from growing.

Gifts: If sending this as a gift, please indicate on the order. We can add complimentary gift notes, as well as special stickers on the packing to indicate that there are live plants inside for the giftee.
