🌱 Spider Plant ‘Reverse’ – Care Tips

Light

  • Prefers bright, indirect light for best color

  • Tolerates medium light

  • Low light reduces variegation but the plant still survives

  • Avoid harsh direct sun (can fade the leaf margins)

Water

  • Water when the top 1–2 inches of soil are dry

  • Do not overwater — spider plants dislike soggy soil

  • Flush soil occasionally to prevent mineral buildup

  • Reduce watering in winter

Humidity

  • Thrives in average to high humidity

  • Brown leaf tips usually indicate dry air or tap water minerals

Temperature

  • Ideal range: 65–80°F

  • Very tolerant but avoid cold drafts

Soil

  • Light, airy, and well-draining

  • Best mix: potting soil + perlite or sand

Growth Habit

  • Fast-growing, arching leaves

  • Produces many offsets (“spiderettes”)

  • Great for hanging planters or shelves

Pet Safety

  • Non-toxic to cats and dogs

Difficulty Level

  • Very easy — one of the most beginner-friendly plants

Plush, cozy, just right.
Color: Cow Print (Faux Fur Bubble + Flannel), Size: Throw (50" x 60")
Love, love this throw. It is not heated, but will keep you warm. It is extremely good looking to throw over a chair or sofa, and is exceptionally plush and soft. I gave one to a friend as well as a gift, she does not ever express much emotion, but indicates really likes hers. I am glad I ordered one for myself. Truly pleased.

Worth the money
Color: A-solid Ivory (Double-sided Faux Fur Bubble), Size: Throw (50" x 60"), Color: A-solid Ivory (Double-sided Faux Fur Bubble), Size: Throw (50" x 60")
Pleasantly surprised at the quality of this throw. I got it on a super discount at $19. It’s double sided fur so you can feel the fluffiness on either side. It’s thick and soft and I’m so glad I bought it.

Very pretty and very soft
Color: Brown (Faux Fur Bubble + Flannel), Size: Twin (60" x 80")
I am very satisfied with this blanket. I ordered the tie dye brown and the other side is a nice light brown color. One thing is that the double sides aren't bonded together so it's like having two blankets sewed together but it's not so unruly, for me, that it becomes unruly. I've had double sided throws that weren't bonded that were much heavier than this one and was hard to maneuver, fold up and such as the sides were not bonded together. Anyway, adequate thickness and super soft. Not super heavy, not too lightweight...a goldilocks weight.

It's so soft and cozy
Color: Cow Print (Faux Fur Bubble + Flannel), Size: Throw (50" x 60")
I bought this blanket for newborn photos, and now it's my favorite tv watching blanket. It was absolutely darling to lay baby on for pictures. It doesn't look like cheesy fake cow print, and it's so incredibly soft and cozy.
