The Upper Brackets for the UPPAbaby Vista stroller click onto the main stroller frame without needing any tools. These upper brackets can be used with the main stroller seat, bassinet, or Mesa infant car seat.
Because the Upper Brackets raise the back child's position a few inches, it creates the necessary space for using the Vista stroller with two bassinets, two Mesa car seats, Rumbleseat + main stroller seat, or any combination of those.
It is required for using the Vista with two bassinets, along with the lower brackets. It is optional for using the Vista with the main seat and Rumbleseat.
