Croxton’s Wild is an English lavender selected from seed originally collected from lavender plants in Europe. From that group, one exceptional seedling was chosen for its vigor, form, and flower quality and is now propagated by cuttings to preserve those traits. It’s an excellent option for gardeners seeking a traditionally bred, non–genetically modified lavender.
Plants grow quickly into a balanced, well-shaped evergreen shrub. Flower spikes feature purple calyces topped with violet corollas, offering classic English lavender color and fragrance. The growth habit is vigorous but controlled, making Croxton’s Wild suitable for garden beds, borders, and cutting use.
This variety combines strong growth with reliable bloom, making it a solid choice for both home gardens and larger plantings.
