It also has what are known as cut and come again qualities, meaning it produces new blooms after being harvested.

She grows it just about everywhere and uses the flowers generously in both bouquets and cooking, as decoration on cakes, salads and other dishes. The blooms are edible and add both joy and colour, whether they are standing in a vase or brightening up a plate.
