Comfortable in-line skate style pedal straps ensure the feet remain locked in place for the duration of the ride, adding yet another measure of safety and security to an otherwise awesome fitness machine. The adjustable handlebars on the 770C are ergonomically designed and positioned for comfort and performance. The Cybex 770C Upright Bike comes loaded with 12 pre-programmed workouts from which users can choose. Designed by people who truly know and understand the human body and how it works, these pre-set programs include both a Quick Start and a Manual mode, both of which allow users to start rapidly with their workout and design an individualized workout program based on their age, weight and level of fitness; four weight loss-based programs that enable people to optimally burn the most fat; four cardiovascular-based regimens that help strengthen the lungs and respiratory capacity; a heart rate control workout; a speed and pace based workout; and a YMCA Fitness Test that helps users track and monitor their fitness progress from one workout to the next. All of these workouts can be monitored and tracked on the vivid LED display console, which tracks stats such as heart rate, calories, distance and more.
Weighing just 143 pounds, and boasting a very small footprint (48" L by 22" W by 64" H), the Cybex 770C Upright Bike looks great in any room. And despite its small size this durable machine is able to fully support riders up to 400 pounds in weight.
