Delivery
Shipping charges are calculated based on actual weight and dimensions of the packaged product and are outlined at check out. Orders of $200 and over will be shipped free of charge within Australia. Please note: bulky and fragile items are excluded from our free and standard delivery options, and a bulky fee will be charged at checkout.
We deliver to all street addresses in Australia. We do not deliver to PO Boxes and parcel lockers unless the package weighs 1kg or less. Deliveries to regional areas may take longer. All orders are sent with a tracking number which will be emailed to you when your order has been dispatched.
