This hardy Croton comes to us from the steamy, subtropical rainforests of the Pacific islands and Asia. They have forgiven us for moving them here to our drier climes by growing with as much enthusiasm as ever. Growing up to a 10' specimen in that natural habitat, we can expect a more reasonable size of 2' to 3' tall as our houseplant. The thin, woody stems support a multitude of leaves growing all around each stem in all directions, giving the plant a pleasant plumpness. To keep that yellow yellow, the Gold Dust craves bright light. Not to worry, as it grows taller, it will continue to get fuller, but will naturally drop some leaves now and then. This plant will be a cheerful fellow wherever your plants hang out to party.

Quick Care Guide:
- Water - Medium (3): Water plant when dry. Plant does not like soil to always be moist, but doesn't like to stay dry once becomes dry. Water as soon as soil is dry.
- Light - Med/High (4): Needs more light than most, but direct light not necessary. Can handle morning and afternoon sun directly on leaves.
- Difficulty - Low/Med (2): A little less finicky than most. Doesn't require much attention at all.

Very hard to see the HANDS, but pretty
Very pretty and I didn't have to remove links. Hard to see the hands unless you angle it in the light. I'm not sure if I'll keep it. I'll give it some time ..lol and see how it goes before Amazon's 30 day policy.

just makes it around my large wrist - but very pretty
If you also have a large wrist like I do, well ... try it out. Bought it to look delicate and pretty at my son's wedding, to match color of gown. Which it does.
Side note: the hands are cobalt blue, for some reason! But you'd have to look up close to discover that. It doesn't take away from the overall look I wanted.
Edit: !@#$@! - it BROKE halfway through the wedding! During the dancing, I discovered it on the floor.
Downgrading this to one star, of course.
