Custom work is not available. Items are only available in the sizes, finishes and colors shown on our website.

Where are H Potter products made? 

H Potter items are manufactured at our partnered factory in India. Glass terrariums are handcrafted in India and China.

Does H Potter offer discounts? 

H Potter does not offer discounts, but we do offer fast, free shipping and exceptional customer service.

Can H Potter provide detailed information about warehouse deals? 

We do not have specific pictures or information regarding each individual warehouse deal item. Warehouse deals are typically customer returns or photo shoot items. We inspect items upon their return to make sure glass is not broken, items have not been used or major components are not missing, this said, items could have dents or dings, hardware may be missing, outer boxes may show wear and tear. It is not feasible to provide specific photos detailing the issues as each individual item would need its own sku identification.

Does H Potter ship outside of the United States? 

Currently, H Potter is offering shipping to Canada, please note duties and shipping charges at checkout which are paid by the customer.

Does H Potter offer replacement parts? 

H Potter does not keep an inventory of replacement parts. If an item arrives and a small part is damaged, please contact us for solutions.

Materials & Care 

This H Potter planter is made with brass. To create the antique copper finish, first the planters are electroplated with a copper finish, next we apply a hand-rubbed antique finish and the final step is an application of a high grade clear-coat protective sealer. To add a bit of extra protection to the finish, you might choose to apply a coat or two of clear polyurethane annually to the inside and outside of the planter. This can be purchased in a spray can at a hardware type store. You might also choose to apply this protective covering before first use.

Your water may contain minerals, chlorine and/or fluoride which may by unfriendly to the finish on the planter. H Potter planters are not designed to be used as fountains. Water spilling over the sides of the planter may affect the finish of the planter and/or may cause water stains or water spots. Additives in the soil used might also contain chemicals which when over-watered may spill over the sides and run down the planter potentially affecting the finish. 

We choose to clean our planters with a soft, non-abrasive cloth along with water and a small amount of mild dish soap.

If you are using the planter outdoors, you might consider inside storage during the winter based on the weather conditions in your area.

These are great. They come together in a box. There’s 6 bottles that are 3.4 fl oz each. It’s made in the USA. I got the scent “Fig,” which is described as “a rich, elevated scent” with “notes of cedar and orange.” Another area on the product page described it as a “subtle, elevated scent.” To me, subtle and rich are opposites. Rich is something I’d expect to be more of a pronounced scent, and subtle I’d expect to be… well, subtle. I got these for my boyfriend. He’s pretty darn picky when it comes to scents. He likes clean, fresh scents. Nothing too woodsy, herbal, floral, or oriental. He also doesn’t like scents that are too strong, but does like to notice the smell. So I was hoping the scent would be midway between rich and subtle. The scent is great. My boyfriend loves it and so do I! It’s a refreshing, clean scent. It’s light, but not too light that it isn’t noticeable. It’s kind of a skin scent. Up close you’ll smell it, but nothing more than that. Though, when using it to wash, it’s definitely noticeable. But after the shower, it’s just a fresh scent on his skin. It has a good lather. It’s effective without making his skin feel dried out. His skin has become pretty sensitive the last year. Fortunately, this didn’t irritate his skin at all. My one complaint is the bottle. These are marketed as being for travel and “TSA approved,” but the bottles don’t seem very sturdy. They seem kind of weak, like they could leak easily. But only time will tell. Since I can’t say for sure, I’m not going to reduce stars. But just something to consider. I will update the review if it does end up being a problem when traveling. I think it’s a good value if you have use for travel sized bottles. If not, you’d be better off getting a larger size.

Perfect Travel Size Body Wash That Still Smells High-End

These ended up being extremely convenient for travel, gym bags, and even keeping an extra bottle in the car or at work. The TSA-approved size is probably the biggest selling point because you can throw them straight into a carry-on without worrying about transferring products into tiny containers yourself. The Redwood scent smells really good too — clean, woodsy, and masculine without being overpowering. It has that slightly outdoorsy/cologne-style scent that feels more premium than a lot of basic men’s body washes. The scent lingers lightly after showering but isn’t too strong. I also like that the formula doesn’t leave my skin feeling dry or stripped afterward. The fact that it’s free from parabens, sulfates, and dyes is a nice bonus, especially if you have more sensitive skin.

Smells more cedar-y than figgy

I am very picky about fragrance, but this scent is one that made the mark for me. The primary notes are cedar with a little spiced orange -- I didn't think the fig was super prominent. Seems a little woodsy, perfect for either men or women. You get six small travel size bottles, perfect for travel. The body wash performed like a typical soap, good lather for washing up. Averaging moisturizing. I didn't notice that the scent was particularly long lasting. Overall, a great effective product, good value. Would definitely purchase again.
