Crassula rupestris is a colourful and free-flowering, erect, spreading or decumbent much branched shrublets up to 500 mm high, with a fine display of greyish or pinkish leaves that have horny red or yellow margins. The leaves, borne on opposite sides of the shoots, connect at the base to give the foliage the appearance of a string of beads. Produces dense heads of many pink or white flowers in close bunches at the ends of the branches.

Origin and Habitat: From Vanrhynsdorp in the west to the Fish River valley in the Eastern Cape.

Stem: Round branched a palm and more in height clothed by leaves, with old leaves usually deciduous.
Root: Perennial branched.
Leaves: In closely-set opposite pairs, fleshy, ovate, to lance-shaped, quite entire, approximate convex and carinated beneath, obtuse or rounded, 3-15 mm long, 2-13 mm broad, smooth, glabrous or distinctly soft-hairy, leaf bases fused into a fleshy disc, glaucous-green, brownish-red or purple with red or yellow margin.
Inflorescences (thyrses): Capitate, trichotomous, short-stalked, rounded. Peduncle up to 20 mm long and partly hidden by upper leaves, with spreading bracts at least 3 mm long at base of inflorescence.
Flowers: White or pinkish. Pedicels glabrous of a purplish colour. Calyx lobes narrowly to broadly triangular, c. 1 mm long, pointed, glabrous, fleshy, glaucous-green often tinged red.
Corolla tubular, fused basally for 0,4-0,6 mm, white and more or less tinged pink or red. Stamens with brown anthers. Squamae oblong to square, 0,4-0,9 x 0,3-0,6 mm, usually truncate, rarely somewhat cuneate, fleshy yellow.
Blooming season: Spring (flowering in habitat from June to October).

Hardiness: Although the plants will survive mild frost if kept dry (hardy as low as -5° C) they should be protected from frost to prevent scarring. USDA 9b-12

Sun Exposure: They need full sun or bright, filtered light with ample airflow to stay compact, but avoid direct blasting sun in mid summer (with sun exposure the leaf develops a nice brownish tint), they do not do well in full shade as they tend to etiolate, fall over and rot easily.

Spa-like Stimulation of Your Senses
Scent: Dragon Fruit, Size: 18 Ounce (Pack of 1)
Luxurious. Delightful. Aromatic. This scrub is the real deal. Thick and full, this scrub makes bathing an enhanced experience. The smell is heavenly. The scrub leaves you feeling smooth and light. I want to use it everyday though I try to restrict myself, as advised, to 2-3 times weekly. I am happy. Floating. Enjoying this bliss. Recommended.

Smells Amazing and Leaves Skin Super Soft
Scent: Golden Sands, Size: 18 Ounce (Pack of 1)
This scrub smells really good—not too overpowering, just a nice warm scent. The texture is perfect for exfoliating without being too harsh, and it leaves my skin feeling soft and hydrated after rinsing. Good quality and definitely worth the price.

Scent: Palm Grove, Size: 18 Ounce (Pack of 1), Scent: Palm Grove, Size: 18 Ounce (Pack of 1)
Tree hut is a trusted brand so I decided to try their palm grove sugar scrub. It has a wonderful fresh scent and moisturizes very well. My wife uses their products and I wanted one with a less flowery scent and the palm grove is great Great price for a great product!!!

Finally relieved some skin issues on/under my breasts
Scent: Lychee Kiss, Size: 18 Ounce (Pack of 1)
This might be TMI but I wanted to post it because I’m sure there are other women out there wondering about the same thing and if this product will help: My skin is super sensitive so I’ve always feared using a body scrub. I have large breasts and get boob sweat pretty often. I’ve been having tons of skin-colored bumps on the tops and especially underneath them. I’ve tried several loofahs and exfoliating brushes that haven’t helped much. I finally decided to try my first body scrub and I am SO HAPPY I DID. So far I don’t have any breakouts although I just used this for the first time but I will update if need be (if you don’t hear from me, that means all went well and no breakouts lol). My skin feels super soft and there isn’t much texture left at all. I’m sure with a few more applications everything will be smooth as butter! I got the lychee scented one. The smell is nice. It doesn’t smell high end by any means but it’s a good, sweet scent. Overall I’m really happy and excited to keep using it !

Smells amazing and leaves skin super soft great balance of scrub + hydration
Scent: Lotus Water, Size: 18 Ounce (Pack of 1)
I’ve been using these Maryton pumice stones for a couple of weeks now, and they’re a really solid option for maintaining smooth feet at home. Each stone has a dual-sided design with different levels of roughness, which makes it easy to start with the coarser side for tougher calluses and then switch to the softer side to smooth things out. They fit comfortably in your hand and are easy to control, especially in the shower. After a few uses, I noticed a clear difference in how much smoother my heels felt. It’s not an instant fix for heavy buildup, but with regular use, it works really well to maintain softer skin. Pros: Double-sided for different levels of exfoliation Easy to grip and use in the shower Good value with 4-pack (can rotate or replace easily) Works well on heels, elbows, and rough spots Cons: Requires consistent use for best results Can wear down over time with heavy use Best used on softened skin (not dry, hard calluses) Overall: A simple and effective tool for keeping your feet smooth without needing salon visits. Great for routine maintenance and especially useful if you stay consistent with it. Tip: Use after soaking your feet in warm water or during a shower—this softens the skin and makes the pumice much more effective.
