Philodendron Pedatum (Laciniatum) – ein sehr interessanter Philodendron mit Blättern, die in der Jugendform große Variabilität zeigen. Der Blattstiel ist rot, was das Hauptmerkmal zur Identifizierung einer jungen Pflanze ist.
Standort: Philodendron bevorzugt einen hellen Platz, der vor direkter Sonneneinstrahlung geschützt ist. Dennoch verträgt er auch einen etwas dunkleren Standort. Das Laub wird grüner, wenn die Pflanze an einem schattigeren Ort steht.
Bewässerung: Der Boden sollte weder zu feucht noch zu trocken sein. Regelmäßig gießen, dabei den Boden zwischen den Wassergaben teilweise austrocknen lassen. Achten Sie darauf, dass der Topf eine gute Drainage hat.
Boden: Philodendron bevorzugt einen nährstoffreichen Boden, der die Feuchtigkeit gut speichert.

The book provides a complete, high-level overview of Project Portfolio Management (PPM). As the title suggests, it covers both Portfolio Management and Project Management. The book is a great reference for PPM concepts. I personally found the first few chapters of the book very interesting, because it talks about portfolio management in a different manner than what you would read in other books such as PMI's The Standard for Portfolio Management. The book has been written in an easy-to-read style and it provides pragmatic ideas on how to best help an organization manage their portfolio, using concepts such as: Anchoring, superior estimation, batch vs. ad hoc prioritization, one portfolio or many, private collection of information, winner's curse, innovation vs. improvement projects, accounting vs. project management, etc. In short, the book is a recommender for all PPM practitioners!

I really like this version of a practice test. It covers pretty much all the topics I wanted to learn more about (like math related) and the fact that’s it’s current for this year is great.
