Q: Can I carry my newborn baby in the stroller?
A: In order to use the seat unit, child must be at least 6 months old. For children under 6 months, you can use a CYBEX infant car seat (Sold Separetely)with included adapters.
Q: Can I use a COT with my Stroller?
A: No unfortunately this type of stroller is not compatible with the Cybex COT S, however many of our other strollers are.
Q: Will other manufacturers infant seats fit my Coya Stroller?
A: Only Cybex infant seats are currently compatible with the Coya.
Q: Can Coya be stowed in an airplane overhead compartment?
A: Yes, the Coya is carry-on compatible and can be taken on a plane. It fits into the overhead compartments of most aircraft (folded dimensions are 21 in x 17 in x 7 in). However, depending on the airline, carry-on standards can be different. Therefore, we recommend checking with your airline in advance of your trip, to make sure the Coya is compatible with their carry-on luggage requirements.
Q: Can I use my Stroller as a Travel System?
A: Yes, all of our strollers come with adapters for Cybex Car seats so they can be used as a travel system.
Q: What is the benefit of the One Pull Harness?
A: This is a brand new feature for CYBEX strollers. Rather than tightening the harness straps individually, which can be time consuming, the one-pull harness can be tightened simply by pulling a strap at the base of the seat once the buckles are secured. This makes getting your child onboard quick and easy, and also helps you find the perfect form-hugging fit for your child’s comfort and safety.
Q: Can the stroller seat be changed between forward facing and parent facing?
A: This compact travel stroller allows for forward facing only.
Q: How can Coya be carried when it is folded?
A: The one-hand fold mechanism lets you fold the Coya in seconds. Please make sure to lock the frame with the integrated fold lock, to have the stroller as compact as possible. Coya's integrated carry strap makes it easy to carry the stroller comfortably. For the most comfortable carrying mode, carry the stroller with the wheels outward facing. When you unfold the stroller again, the carrying strap automatically retracts into the basket.
