Also known as Yalova Banana, Carliston Pepper is a Turkish variety bred at the Atatürk Central Horticultural Research Institute in Yalova, Turkey. This variety is similar in appearance to the common banana pepper, except possibly more productive. Large plants produce excellent yields of light yellow peppers with a good blend of sweet and tart flavors. Excellent on sandwiches or pizza. Also suitable for pickling. Approximately 75 days from transplant. Each packet contains a minimum of 25 seeds.
