Sansevieria cylindrica is a most distinct and curious-looking stemless succulent plant that grows fan-shaped, with stiff leaves growing from a basal rosette. It forms in time a colony of solid cylindrical leaves. It is slow growing. The species is interesting in having rounded instead of strap-shaped leaves. It spreads by rhizomes - roots that travel under the soil surface and develop offshoots some distance from the original plant.
It forms a few leaved distichous rosettes with 3-4 leaves (or more) from underground rhizomes.
It's leaves are round, leathery, rigid, erect to arching, channeled only at the base, dark-green with thin dark green vertical stripes and horizontal grey-green bands about (0.4)1-1,5(-2) m in height and about 1 inch (2,5 cm) thick.
Flowers: The 2 inch (4 cm) flowers are tubular, delicate greenish-white tinged with pink and lightly fragrant.
Blooming season: It blooms once a year in Winter to Spring (or summer too). It tends to bloom more readily from a young age than other varieties.

LIGHT: Med - Low

WATER: Water only when dry

NATIVE: East Africa

Lightweight but questionable coverage
I traditionally used the Coola face lotion but had switched to the spray for my body so I figured I’d try the face spray. It doesn’t smell as bad as a lot of the reviews say it does. It also doesn’t really smell “tropical” for that matter, but it isn’t unpleasant. It sprays evenly and doesn’t feel heavy or greasy. My only complaint is I still got a little burnt. Full disclosure: I’m super fair and have to reapply every 30-60 minutes, even without getting wet. So maybe it’s not meant for people with as pale a complexion as me. Or I have to constantly reapply, or put the lotion underneath. But otherwise I really liked it and really like Coola products.

Must have for a hot summer!
My mom saw my aunt using it and was impressed, so she bought it for herself and my sister-in-law. They both love how gentle it feels on the skin and that it’s organic and effective.

Too smelly
I love the idea of a clear spray sunscreen but my daughter says it stings her eyes and the smell gives me an instant headache. I really wanna like this but it’s a no go for me

Great for sensitive skin
This was great to take on vacation. I went to Cancun and used this on my face. Never got burned. I have super sensitive skin and this didn’t cause any reactions. I’m also sensitive to smells and I don’t notice anything with this product. Will purchase again.

Buyer beware!
Awful! I sprayed my face with it and immediately felt my skin burning. I opened the bottle and noticed all that was in it was a yellowish fluid that smelled like straight rubbing alcohol. My face still has marks on it days later from whatever the substance was. I have used this brand before, and never experienced anything like this. The product was either years past expiration, or liquid was replaced with some kind of chemical.
