We take pride in our packaging to allow for a safe delivery. Please note that it is completely normal for a shipped plant to come with a few yellow or dead leaves, especially if shipping to a very hot or cold climate! These are live plants! GoldenGreeneryCo does our best to minimize the stress by working with USPS to minimize the time the plants are in transit. If your plant(s) come damaged, please send photos of the damages within 24 hours of USPS delivery.

All orders are shipped USPS priority mail. If the weather in your area is cold please order the "winter shipping insurance" option for your plants shipment.

If your plants arrive damaged by the cold weather during winter, we will issue a refund if you have purchased the winter shipping insurance! Just purchase our winter shipping insurance with your order and up to 6 of your plants will have a money back guarantee in the event they are damaged by the cold weather.

If your plants arrive damaged please notify us and send pictures of all the damages within 24 HOURS of delivery. We will do our best to replace them or refund as needed. Thank you for supporting our small business and Happy Planting!

I bought her this dog bed hoping to establish a place for her to settle and feel safe when she is inside. She is a medium size dog, about 60 pounds, and this bed fits her perfectly. It is warm and comfortable. She liked it from the start and goes to it when in the house. The grey fur-look fabric is neutral and blends in unobtrusively. It has held up very well. I washed it one time but don’t think it had room to move well in the washer so it didn’t get as clean as I hoped. It could probably be washed better by hand in the bathtub. It dried well in the dryer.

— Just wanted to add an update to say that after I left this review the seller reached out to me to get more feedback and ask how they could make the experience better. I didn’t respond because I was pretty busy. They followed up and informed me that they have issued a refund for my order and that I do not need to send the item back. I appreciate their customer service. — The product is extremely soft. The dogs seem to love it. However, the “donut” part doesn’t hold up at all and the whole bed feels really flimsy. Our dog was on it for a couple mins and when he got up there is an obvious dent from where he was laying. We got a similar bed from Costco a couple months ago for roughly the same price. The bed holds up its shape and feels solid/heavy. We wanted a second one but it was out of stock so we looked on Amazon and found this one. The dark gray one in the photo is from Costco and the light gray one is this product. I probably won’t send it back (too much hassle) but if your dogs are 25lbs+ this bed may not give the support you are looking for.
