Fittonia Albivenis is a creeping, evergreen perennial that comes from tropical rainforests in South America. Easily identified by its striking pattern, Fittonia Albivenis showcases bold red veins against its dark green leaves that make for a unique plant with attractive looks. Fittonia is generally easy-going and can be used in terrarium-like setups such as vivariums and paludariums. This plant should not be submerged fully in water, but it will enjoy relatively high humidity and misting on its leaves.

The Fittonia Albivenis has been attached on top of a terra cotta ball, to be placed in a terrarium, vivarium, or paladarium. The terra cotta ball is entirely wrapped with Christmas moss to create a seamless transition between the plants. This is a perfect piece for new beginners trying their hand at live plants for the first time.  Moss is considered a low light and low requirement plant that anyone can keep.  As long as the moss stays wet and has light, they will grow. The Fittonia Albivenis will provide a pop of color, that will contrast nicely against the green moss. New growth can be trimmed and reattached to rock or wood.

You may receive Fittonia White, Skeleton, or Red depending on current inventory.

Excellent
Format: Paperback
As a second-year cardiology fellow, I used to get very confused with hemodynamics during my cath and CCU rotations. This book is a gem, it is clear and logically written, has great explanations of waves and great illustrations. The constrictive pericarditis, valvular disease, and FFR chapters are impressive with echocardiographic and physiologic correlations. I actually liked everything I read, like the nice differentiation between the pressure tracings of various chambers. Some of it requires multiple reads but it is worth it. I realized that I had missed a great deal of the basic understanding of pressure tracing configuration, wedge pressure, shunts. There are also over 50 cases in a test-answer format probably covering and reviewing most hemodynamic topics. It is like 2 books in 1.

Black and white
Format: Paperback
Bought this book. Good content. However my copy is in black and white. There are references to colored arrows. I later learned that others have a colored copy.

Format: Paperback
AMAZING BOOK!!!!!! WOW!!! everything you need to know about hemodynamics. This book explains the concepts with graphing, images. It also summarizes the key points. I wish I have read that book sooner. I could not believe it that in 1 book I found all the information I needed for the cardiology boards and my daily practice. Thank you o ugh Dr. Hanna for taking the time to write this book. Much Thanks!!!!

A welcome addition to training in hemodynamics
Format: Paperback
Purchased this book for my husband, the director of the Invasive Cardiovascular Technologist Program at a small college. He has been very pleased with the book, calling it a long-overdue addition to the field. It's very helpful in training technologists and others working in Cardiac Cath Labs to recognize hemodynamic waveforms and do calculations. It offers a lot of practice questions in addition to explanations.

Clear Concise
Format: Paperback
I like the way that this book is laid out. Rather than long drawn out droning chapters it is split into shorter more specific sections. The graphics are plenty big. The case examples and guided questions are useful in reinforcing the knowledge. A good resource for any new CVT or CVT student.
