Liquid concentrated soluble agrochemical, effective in combating broadleaf weeds which acts on contact as a post-emergent. It is a contact herbicide and as such is a member of the quaternary ammonium herbicides, after the application of diquat, super oxides are generated by inhibition of the photosystem and electron diversion. This damages cell membranes and cytoplasm, which leads to cell rupture, emptying of contents and consequently desiccation.
To obtain an excellent frequency and optimal application time of this soluble liquid concentrated agrochemical for corn, early applications are recommended, between 30 to 35 days after germination, for banana and African palm from vegetative growth to production.
