This distinctive species represents an exceptional choice for enthusiasts and lovers of exotic plants with its remarkable ornamental value and classic Anthurium appeal.
- Light: Prefers bright, indirect light, mimicking its natural epiphytic habitat. Avoid direct sunlight which can scorch the leaves.
- Temperature: Thrives in warm and consistent temperatures between 18-25°C (64-77°F). Protect from cold drafts.
- Humidity: Requires high humidity levels, ideally 60-80%, to maintain healthy foliage and prevent browning.
- Watering: Keep the potting mix consistently moist but well-draining. Allow slight drying between waterings to prevent root rot.
Additional Notes
Foliage Characteristics: The leaves are distinctly broad and ovate with smooth, leathery texture. Prominent parallel veins create a beautiful ribbed pattern across the bright green foliage.
