UPPAbaby Vista V3 Stroller

One of the best just got better.  Making improvements to arguably one of most popular and in-demand strollers on the market is no easy task, but UPPAbaby was up to the challenge. Introducing the UPPAbaby Vista V3, an upgraded version of the ever-popular Vista V2, designed for the growing family and loaded with new features and improvements.

UPPAbaby has kept everything customers loved about the predecessor Vista V2 stroller and introduced several upgrades and functional improvements that will make the Vista V3 a favorite with growing families for years to come.

What’s Included:

  • UPPAbaby Vista V3 Stroller
  • Toddler Seat Seasonal Seat Liner
  • Toddler Seat Bug Shield
  • Toddler Seat Rain Shield
  • Stroller Storage Bag
  • 3-Year UPPAbaby Warranty

UPPAbaby Vista V3 Upgrades:

Optional Bassinet.  The Vista V3 is the first stroller in the Vista generation to make the bassinet optional, while previous models always included the bassinet with the stroller. This gives parents the opportunity to purchase the Vista V3 as a stand-alone with the Bassinet as an optional add-on accessory, depending on their lifestyle and stage of strolling.

All-weather Comfort Seat with Insert. The new Vista V3 seat has a thick mesh backing with an all-weather comfort seat design, allowing you to use the comfort seat insert in winter months for extra warmth and padding, and to remove the insert during warmer months for a more ventilated and cooler stroll. The air mesh inside the seat ventilation is well-padded for the child’s comfort, while the back and sides of the seat are structured for durability and support – this gives the seat a well-structured seating position, instead of creating a hammock-like experience.

Enhanced FlexRide Suspension and Wheels. The suspension system in the Vista V3 is upgraded to a new FlexRide Suspension to achieve optimal compression across many weight scenarios – whether you are strolling with an infant, an older child, or multiple children. This model includes lightweight tires, and combined with its enhanced compression, the Vista V3 achieves a lighter, smoother ride for you and the kiddos.

Magnetic Buckle. The Vista V3 seat is designed with a magnetic buckle and quick-to secure harness system with an easy-to-adjust no rethread harness and a a one-handed release, helping to get the kiddos in and out of the seat with more ease.

New Reflectors. Making sure safety is top of mind, the Vista V3 has incorporated a new reflector design to increase visibility  when strolling in lower light or evening hours. A new rim design has reflective detail on the wheels, and additional reflective detail has been added to the undercarry basket of the stroller.

New Fashions and Aesthetics. The Vista V3 has upped the style factor from its predecessor models with the darker frame options sporting a more defined and matte look, contrasted with a beautiful sheen accent in the extendable handlebar. Several new colors will be introduced and the canopy has added leather details, complimenting the leather handlebar and bumper bar accents of the stroller frame.

Optional All-Terrain Wheels. For families with a more active and adventurous lifestyle, the Vista V3 has developed a set of sturdy and functional all-terrain wheels that provide optimal traction and performance on rugged terrain. The optional set of 4-wheels will be sold separately.

UPPAbaby Vista V3 Key Features:

A Disconnected and Legally Shaky Defense of Racial Preferences
Format: Paperback
While this book raises some thought-provoking points, it ultimately reads like a product of self-righteous elites disconnected from reality and from the American public. 1. Ignores public opinion. The author never acknowledges that polls consistently show Americans oppose racial preferences in college admissions. Proposition 16—which would have allowed such preferences—was defeated by a wide margin in 2020 in California, one of the nation’s most liberal states. A Brookings poll found that virtually all racial groups, including Black respondents, supported the Supreme Court’s Students for Fair Admissions (SFFA) decision. 2. Starts with a strange premise. The first chapter claims conservatives will “regret” the SFFA ruling because universities will continue racial preferences covertly. But that sidesteps the real question: why shouldn’t colleges comply with the ruling’s letter and spirit? 3. Offers dubious legal advice. In Chapter Three, the author—himself a law professor—floats risky ideas for “working around” the Supreme Court’s decision. Many of these suggestions rest on shaky legal ground, as anyone familiar with the Second Circuit’s CACAGNY v. Adams, 116 F.4th 161 (2d Cir. 2024), would recognize. 4. Ignores proportionality and real-world outcomes. The book argues for “diversity” preferences without asking how much preference is justified. In reality, Asian American applicants face steep penalties. e.g. Stanley Zhong was rejected by five University of California campuses’ Computer Science programs as an in-state applicant—shortly before Google hired him for a full-time, Ph.D.-level software engineering position. Meanwhile, UC San Diego’s own freshman math-placement data show a surge of students—mostly “underrepresented minorities” favored by UC—placed into remedial courses, some testing at a 4th-grade level. It is hard to see how admitting these students is helping them other than allowing some elites to make themselves feel good or get a promotion. If this book represents what passes for legal scholarship at Yale, the state of American legal education should worry us all.
