Once the weight is loaded or selected the user places the feet shoulder width apart on the platform and pushes it away from the body by extending the knees and hips. This leg press has a selectorized weight stack that runs through a pulley and cable system. The weight stack goes up to 490 lbs. in 20 lbs. increments. It has an adjustable, angled seat to accommodate a wide range of user heights. The press plate is large enough for a wide range of foot positions during the pressing movement. Great replacement o-ring
I had to do some work on my Honda that required me to remove the steering pump. Any time you do that, you should replace the top o-ring. This o-ring was an exact match to the original and fit just fine. I popped it in and torqued it down to spec. It's holding a great seal and I've seen no problems with it. Good replacement in that it functions just like it should!

Good fit, well made
These O-rings fit dimensionally the power steering pump on the 2006 CR-V. I only checked on the replacement pump, did not install yet on the car. These look and feel just like the originals, good quality material and well made, but only mileage can tell if they are as good. For now, all looks good.
