A lovely delicate lavender hair wreath for your special day. Lavender is said to bring luck and lasting love, perfect for your wedding day (or any day you want to feel lovely:) This crown is adjustable with flexible hooks and an option ribbon can be used to make it larger, by slipping it around hooks and tying in back. Please measure your head circumference, with a soft style measuring tape or ribbon (play with different placements of the crown either on top of your head or higher at the top and angled down (as I am wearing in pic). If using ribbon see where it meets mark it with finger bring down, snip there and measure laying flat. Note: lavender is delicate and can shed especially when handled, totally normal:) lavender also varies in color from stem to stem in beautiful shades from grey to deep purple, and all gorgeous lavender shades in between!Shipping Notes

I didn’t know I could truly love a protein powder…
Flavor Name: Vanilla, Size: 30 Servings (Pack of 1)
The flavor and consistency are unmatched and it was actually easy to digest which is something I’ve never experienced, and is crazy for me bc I have serious issues with whey causing bloating and had actually given up on it completely. 100/10 would recommend JUST bc it’s delicious, the fact that it’s such high quality at a reasonable price is just the cherry on top.
I ordered the vanilla to try first and just mixed with cold water using a frother/whisk thing just to get a gauge of taste and consistency and I would actually drink it that way, which I never ever imagined doing with protein lol- later I added it to a smoothie and it was also delicious, almost could not taste it over blueberries but the subtle and delicious vanilla flavor was there.

Sublingual works well for melatonin!
Size: 60 Count (Pack of 1), Style: Melatonin 5mg
Sublingual seems to be the way to go with melatonin. It works well for me. It’s great this company offers a variety of doses. I was doing 10mg but I learned it might not good to stay on that high a dose for an extended period of time. So I switched to 5mg and it still works well.
