- Giving your yucca plant the right kind of soil is somewhat of a balancing act. Yuccas do not need high quality soil, but it needs to be well-draining. However, it still needs to be heavy enough to hold the plant upright. Yucca plant soil should also retain water well. Try a 3:1 mixture of sand and peat in your container.
- Yucca plants prefer to be on the dry side and are considered drought-tolerant plants, which makes sense given their desert origins. In general, allow about the top half of the soil to become dry before watering. More specific watering requirements will depend on how much light your yucca plant receives. In lower light conditions, water your plant less; in brighter light conditions, water your plant a bit more.
- Propagating your yucca plant can be done in two main ways: through division or through pups. Propagation is best done in fall. To propagate by division, separate the rhizomes beneath the soil and plant your new yucca plant in appropriate soil and place in a sunny location. Keep the plant lightly moist until roots are established.
- Yucca plants are quite pest-resistant, another way that these plants are low-maintenance. Spider mites do not like yuccas.

I have wanted a sponge holder to put inside my sink for a while now. I wanted something attactive and I wanted it to work as it should. Seemed reasonable until I started looking and reading reviews. The biggest complaint appeared to be that these sponge holders do not stay attached to the sink. The reviews for this particular holder were great. Customers stressed cleaning the suction cups and sink before using. I am really glad they did because holder arrived in the packaging with zero instructions. Because I read the reviews I knew what to do and it worked! I am very pleased with this sponge holder. It is attractive, it feels really sturdy and it stays on the side of stainless steel sink just fine.

Pretty; sturdy; perfect size

Nice, sturdy little sponge and brush holder for the side of the sink. I was afraid my sink would me too small and spent lots of time trying to find a holder for the rim/countertop area. This one is not too big but fits my dobie and brillo perfectly. My sink is a little too short for a full fledged brush so when I tried to put in the brush I use sometimes it sticks up too much. That's really not the products fault so I won't subtract the score because of it. Also, I decided to put the holder flush against the side closest to me, instead of the side or the back of the sink. If I had chosen that location, the brush sticking out might not be an issue.

Yes the suction works on stainless steel!!

I've been through many rag holders before including a magnetic one, which broke. But the suction on this sucker (pun intended) is top notch! It doesn't slide around or come off or slide to the bottom of the sink. It just stays put which is so unique for anything with suction cups. The only reason i am giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is that it is quite small. I wish it were a few inches longer so i could easily fit two rags or sponges in the holder. But i have to jam them in and its not pretty. So for the price, i think it should have been bigger. Still a good product because of the functionality of the suction cups.

Absolutely Perfect

This is honestly one of my favorite kitchen purchases (which sounds silly) but it's AWESOME. There's a hole for my dish brush, which is so convenient and keeps it from draining anywhere else AND it has a nice ledge for my sponge. The suction was a little iffy at first, but once it really hunkered down, I've had it for a month and it hasn't fallen since the first day. I LOVE THIS

Great product once put on correctly.

When I first received it and placed it on, it continued to fall so I almost returned it. However, I found a method online that worked and it has not fallen since even after all the water and soap getting near it. I’ve placed it on a stainless steel sink so not sure if the method works on other surfaces.
Clean the area with soap and water and then make sure there’s no soap residue. Make the water temperature hot and “heat up” both the steel surface and the suction. While it’s still wet, firmly place the suction and make sure it doesn’t move.
That should do the trick!
