where to buy curly spider plant Buy Spider Plant BonnieSpider Plant Bonnie is the curly, playful twist on the classic Spider Plant. Its arching, ribbon like leaves spiral and curl as they grow, giving it a bouncy, energetic look that makes it one of the most charming plants on any shelf or hanging display. Like all Spider Plants it produces long arching stems with baby plantlets called spiderettes that dangle in the air and can be snipped off and propagated into new plants. Good for beginners? Absolutely.
Spider Plant Bonnie is the curly, playful twist on the classic Spider Plant. Its arching, ribbon-like leaves spiral and curl as they grow, giving it a bouncy, energetic look that makes it one of the most charming plants on any shelf or hanging display. Like all Spider Plants it produces long arching stems with baby plantlets — called spiderettes — that dangle in the air and can be snipped off and propagated into new plants.
Good for beginners? Absolutely. Spider Plant Bonnie is one of the easiest and most forgiving houseplants available. It tolerates a wide range of light conditions, inconsistent watering, and most home environments without drama.
Safe for cats and dogs? Yes. Spider Plant is non-toxic to pets, making it one of the best choices for homes with cats and dogs.
Light needs: Bright to medium indirect light keeps the curly leaves most lush and the variegation most defined. It tolerates low light well. Avoid direct sun which can scorch the tips.
Care at a glance: Water when the top inch of soil is dry. Feed monthly in spring and summer. Remove brown leaf tips with scissors if they appear — usually a sign of dry air or fluoride in tap water. Pot up spiderettes to grow new plants.
Ships fresh from one of our two greenhouse locations in a nursery pot. Covered by our 30-Day Plant Guarantee — if it arrives damaged, we replace it. Free shipping on orders $149+.
