El tejido del cojín Tripp Trapp® Nordic Grey se tiñe con IndiDye™  usando extractos de bellotas. IndiDye™ no utiliza productos químicos peligrosos, ni aguas residuales y tiene un impacto medioambiental bajo, ya que emplea una tecnología de teñido verdaderamente responsable con el medio ambiente. El proceso de teñido ultrasónico elimina el agua residual en el proceso de teñido, y el consumo de agua se reduce significativamente en comparación con el del teñido convencional. Gracias a unas temperaturas de teñido más bajas y tiempos de teñido más cortos, el uso de la energía y las emisiones también son mucho menores.
