Lavender Grosso is a variety of Lavandula x intermedia (Lavandin). It is a different type of lavender than Lavandula angustifolia which is the one well known for its anti-anxiety properties. Grosso has a more camphorous aroma and is great for the respiratory system and for cleansing. This is the scent many people think of when they think of lavender.
Eucalyptus is great for congestion and respiratory conditions. Try putting it in a pot of hot water over the stove and inhale or put a few drops on the shower floor before taking a warm shower.
Rose Geranium is a relaxing scent that can lift the spirits.
Peppermint is cool and refreshing. Great for congestion, muscle aches, circulation.
Tea Tree Oil s known for its antibacterial and antifungal properties, it can also be a decongestant. I recommend putting a few drops in a diffuser for decongestant or diluting it in a carrier oil such as olive oil to use on the skin. Or put a few drops in a foot bath. Never use it straight on the skin though as it is too potent.
Rosemary is used for circulation, aching muscles and dull skin.
