Lemon Balm is a strong and beautiful aromatic herb with a lemon citrus scent with herbaceous undertones. Tall 3-4' square stems are covered in serrated heart-shaped fuzzy, soft, green leaves and will form a bushy habit if perennialized.  Valued as a culinary, cosmetic, and medicinal herb, tea made from the leaves is truly delightful.

Lemon balm was traditionally used to uplift the spirits and is often used to promote a sense of calm. Use it in baths to unwind or have fresh or dried leaves in tea to sooth upset stomachs. Often used to in jams and jellies, as an addition to salad, as a flavoring for fish and poultry dishes, or to top drinks. If left to bloom, expect to attract loads of happy pollinators and honeybees at the end of the season. Fragrant and beautiful filler for fresh bouquets.

Will perennialize down to Zone 4 and has come back consistently in our wet Southeast garden for four seasons.

Good taste. A bit dry texture.
Flavor Name: Traditional, Size: 4 Ounce (Pack of 1)
Great taste. Unusual flavor but still good. It was a very dry texture. I do want to try another flavor.

    Meh
Flavor Name: Traditional, Size: 2 Ounce (Pack of 3)
It’s just okay. I’ve been looking for something that is as close to possible as dry wors in South Africa. This is not it. Is it dry wors? Yes. But is it good dry wors? No; it is very average. I wouldn’t buy it again. I’ll have to keep on searching for that yummy, moist, soft, flavorful dry wors that seems so elusive on this side of the pond.

    Droewors + WHY BARS
Flavor Name: Traditional, Size: 1 Ounce (Pack of 12)
I like them as they are a quick snack on the go. I go for these beef sticks and I eat lots of tasty WHY BARS to get high-quality nutrition for my busy lifestyle. Why not!

    Droewors is very hard
Flavor Name: Traditional, Size: 4 Ounce (Pack of 1)
This is very hard, unlike Howdysnax droewors, which is soft and delicious

Re-Reviewed and this stuff really is way better than store bought jerky. Way, way, better.
Flavor Name: Traditional, Size: 4 Ounce (Pack of 1)
I am updating this my original review which was a 1 star. The original product I received was quite hard and what I did try had no flavor. The seller without request from me went out their way to ensure I then received a replacement which was completely different. The new stuff had a firm nice chew you expect from jerky and had enormous flavor that I am loving. This is a real world class seller and I can't say enough positive things about how they handled the situation entirely of their own accord, since I was just planning to move on and not seek any fix with them. Thank you for convincing me otherwise and I will be back.
